Shipping Locations

Schutzhund Outfitters currently ships to customers within the United States only.

We are working to expand our shipping locations in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to product availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer FREE shipping on orders of $99 USD or more. Orders below $99 USD are charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost or Delayed Packages
