Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Schutzhund Outfitters.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging where applicable.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item or size, please contact us first for return instructions.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, certain used or opened products may not be eligible for return. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original components may also be refused.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
